STEP OUT IN FAITH
10 years ago, I was just where you may be right now.I was stuck and frustrated in my corporate career, I was confused with the misalignment of my purpose and direction of my life.I was hit and traumatized by the sudden loss of my best friend, my mother. I knew God had a plan for my life, I thought I was on track but ,I kept running in circles around my calling but never stepped into it! It seemed like I was in a broken relationship with fear and stuck in a cycle of self-sabotaging habits that I had no clue existed.
PULLING BACK THE CURTAIN
After 10 years stuck in the SAME job, Same career level (no promotion, no increase in responsibility) I was sick and tired of being STUCK!
Tired of being passed for promotion, tired of being told I wasn’t eligible for an pay increase (mind you, my performance ratings were good), tired of being an educated woman and watching her peers pass her by. It was time to step out and shine! I dug into myself, discovered the keys to success, the keys to confidence, and owning my career and spiritual journey. However, I refuse to limit this testimony to myself. I want to see you soar, I want to see you transform out of fear and into freedom, out of self-sabotage and into success.

As a certified life and health coach with over 15 years of corporate experience in HR Compensation experience, I have witnessed the power of knowing your worth. My strategic insights in organizational psychology (M.A.), spiritual insight as a licensed minister, and life experiences as millennial woman has provided me with the tools to leverage my personal success in my career, ministry and business. A butterfly cannot return to its chrysalis, nor can it return to being a caterpillar.
